"Very great atmosphere, and the owners and the entire company treat their customers and employees with the utmost respect. Very positive and honest to their words. And the company as a whole is getting bigger and bigger every day, and doesn't seem to show any sign of settling with where they are. I see TC becoming known nationwide and a major threat to top concrete and construction companies from the East Coast over to the West Coast. Hardworking employees that do great work with many years of experience. The great work and dedication are a big outcome of the honesty, respect, loyalty, etc... from the owners to the office to the supervisors on/off the field. TC really seems to honestly appreciate their employees, work, customers/contractors, and the all-around future!"
